What this helper includes

Choose an administrative application, court or registration filing, disputed legal matter, translation/authentication task, or an unclear problem. The helper shows free/public help first, questions for a possible self-service route, and a paid professional role that may be commonly relevant. It does not choose a provider, verify an individual licence, determine representation rights, quote a market price, or guarantee an outcome.

How the routing works

  1. The routes follow Korea Life Tools' required order: meaningful free or public help first, direct official or self-service checks second, and a commonly relevant paid role third.
  2. High-level role descriptions are mapped to the statutory work listed in the Administrative Agents Act, Judicial Scriveners Act, Attorney-at-Law Act, and Notary Public Act rather than to advertisements or crowdsourced claims.
  3. Each result states a boundary because another law can reserve work, one problem can require more than one role, and the facts or procedural stage can change who may perform a task.
  4. The tool gives questions for checking registration, written scope, government fees versus professional fees, exclusions, receipts, copies, and cancellation terms before the user pays.

Assumptions

  • The user chooses the task category closest to the immediate next step and will confirm the current procedure with the responsible agency, court, registry, embassy, or document recipient.
  • A role described as commonly relevant is not a finding that the role is legally authorised for every part of the user's individual matter.
  • Free counseling may have language, scheduling, subject, income, residence, or representation-eligibility limits that must be checked with the provider.
  • The user will verify the individual or firm's current registration through an authoritative channel and obtain a written engagement scope before sending identity documents or money.

Example

A user needs help with a routine immigration application. The result starts with Immigration Contact Center 1345 to confirm the official checklist, fee, deadline, and direct-filing option. It then says an administrative agent may be commonly relevant for authorised administrative-document and application work, while warning that a refusal, sanction, contested legal right, or litigation may require an attorney instead.

Limits and cautions

  • This helper does not provide individualized legal advice, create a lawyer-client or other professional relationship, represent a user, review evidence, or decide which legal strategy is appropriate.
  • The tool does not include a professional directory, ranking, recommendation, review score, sponsored placement, claimed success rate, or fee average.
  • The English role names are functional explanations. The Korean statutory title, current registration, exact authorised scope, and ability to act in a particular procedure must be checked.
  • Translation, notarization, apostille, and consular confirmation are separate concepts. The receiving institution's current written requirements control the needed sequence.
  • A consultation, quote, document-preparation request, or payment does not automatically extend a deadline, file a case, preserve a claim, stop enforcement, or guarantee acceptance.
